Campbell Dallas to relocate to Braehead

Campbell Dallas LLP, winner of Business Insider's award for Fastest Growing Accountancy Firm, is relocating to a new HQ building in Braehead. Campbell Dallas is leasing the 15,000 sq ft office space on the ground floor of the Titanium 1 building in Titanium Business Park. Following an extensive refurbishment the firm plans to relocate to the new premises by the end of the year.

Chris Horne, Managing Partner at the firm, said: "Our relocation to Braehead will provide us with the ideal base to continue to grow and expand the business. The Firm has been looking for new premises near Glasgow for some time now due to how quickly we have outgrown our current offices in Bearsden and Paisley."

We feel it is necessary to bring our specialist teams to work closer together and share best practice. "This will enable us to continue to develop and provide the diverse range of quality services that our clients expect. The move will mean that we will have 100 employees in one, fit for purpose location with room for further growth in staff numbers, excellent transport links and parking facilities for both staff and clients."

Campbell Dallas retained the services of Allison & Lightbody, Chartered Surveyors, with whom they have had a long association in property consultancy to assist with the identification and negotiation of suitable offices. David Allison, one of the firm's senior directors, said: "I believe the Titanium deal has been a successful conclusion for everyone concerned and that the move to Braehead will be a great progression for the firm."
