King Sturge appointed office agents

King Sturge, one of the UK’s leading property advisory businesses, has been appointed as Office Agents for Braehead4Business.

King Sturge will now lead one of the most exciting and prestigious office agency briefs in Scotland, focusing on marketing all Braehead’s available office space.

Current availability includes the Titanium and Riverside Braehead Business Parks, offering high quality office accommodation ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.

The King Sturge office team will be led by Campbell Hart, Head of Business Space, a partner with the firm’s Glasgow Office and a well-known figure in the West of Scotland office market. Campbell will be supported by David Cobban, a Senior Associate, and Surveyor Paul Sweeney. The King Sturge team also includes Patrick Ford, a Surveyor in the Investment Department and a specialist in commercial property asset management.
